Room and Facilities: The room and bathroom size was remarkably spacious, offering ample room to relax and unwind. The facilities throughout the hotel maintained an impeccable level of cleanliness, contributing to a very welcoming and comfortable environment. The beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, the pleasant aroma throughout the hotel added a nice touch, enhancing the overall ambiance. Location: The hotel's location in the heart of Yerevan could not be more ideal. Its proximity to key attractions, wonderful restaurants, and vibrant cultural spots allowed for easy exploration of the city. The convenience of being centrally located meant that everything I wanted to see and do was just a short walk or drive away, making the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan the perfect home base.

Staff super Friendly, Polite and Professional. They Spoke good English at reception as communication in Armenia is very difficult due to language barrier. The girls at reception surprised me with a small cake as they realised it was my birthday when we checked in - so that was really sweet and special and added to our positive experience :-) The helped us book restaurants and taxis etc... Location of Hotel is amazing walking distance to Republic Square and many parks, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. Really anything you need is a few steps away. i would come back to Ramada anytime i am in Armenia.

The breakfast was good with a good spread but since we were there for 5 days we felt the same breakfast was repeated. But overall it was good. The staff and service was good too. Location was the best thing as it was in the city centre. So many restaurants near by and a small supermarket too. Walking distance to the Republic square and even the shopping centres. Taxis are reasonable if you dont want to walk too much and so they arrive on time.
